Why was Satan allowed to set up his own kingdom in Hell ?

Not sure. Possibly to "test" humans?

Test people's "free will" and see which people were "true" of heart and which could be "bought" or willing to "sell their soul"?

Satan is, in part, about temptation. Temptations create environment to make choices. To separate the "sand from the gold".

Ever heard the phrase "Hell on earth"? Those of the earth are given choice(s). Choices..."Hell" or "Heaven"? The dark or the Light?

Words about free will include..."do you want to?"..."are you willing?"..."what do you choose?"

A bible scripture reads as "Then choose for yourselves this day who you will serve".

Lucifer's rebellion came in the form of questioning God's ability to rule and the fairness of his regime. Eventually Lucifer managed to get the loyalty of 1/3 of the angels.

If God had wiped him out at this point, everyone would have been obedient and at peace on the surface, but in their minds they would have questioned why God had responded violently and heaven would have become a place of fear.

Instead God allowed Lucifer a place to prove his leadership. That place was not hell it was earth. The people were told to avoid the one place that Lucifer (now called Satan or adversary) was allowed to hang out. However, Eve went to Lucifer, listened to his lies, and ultimately chose to believe him over God, thus freeing him to rule the earth.

Satan could be forgiven if he wanted to return, but he is so embittered towards God that he will never be willing to live by God's rules again.

God allows allows Satan to demonstrate his leadership style in contrast to God's own. People are tied to the devil through Eve's decision. However they can be saved. In Christianity they are saved by Christ's willingness to pay the penalty for sin. In Judism, if I understand correctly, the Messiah still is coming in the future.

This conflict can not go on forever because realitively innocent people are suffereing for it. So at some point, God will have to end it all.

People who want to live in love, joy, and peace, which is what God's rule is about, and who have accepted Jesus' sacrifice will be saved to live in God's presence just as if the whole Lucifer episode never happened.

People who have embraced Satanic values such as selfishness, self agrandizement, and violence and who do not want to change can not go to heaven without changing the culture or re starting the revolution.

Hell is the fire that will destroy all traces of sin and people who cling to it.

The idea of a tortourous hell comes from the medievel church who felt that fearful people were more likely to give money and less likely to question the leadership.

According to the Bible the Devil is here on earth I really don't believe in any of this but I'll guess why God created the devil, like playing a game, have something to ,test people as to whether the are sinners or not,and lastly to punish the Devil.

Because God is in full control. This is evident in the following Bible verses:

In Acts 17:28, "In him we live, and move, and have our being." Without God, even Satan is not -- "seeing He giveth to ALL life" (verse 25), "as the Father hath LIFE IN HIMSELF" (John 5:26).

Hell is not open for business. When the gates open Satan and the fallen will be the first occupants. He is not ruler over hell. He has been given domain over the Earth for a time because man decided to listen to him instead of God. Had Adam and Eve listened to God we would not be having this conversation.

Satan is not in hell. He will never be hell. There will come a time when he will be cast into hell to be trotured for eternity.

I don't know where you are getting your ideas but it is not from the Bible.

Rev 20:10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

Satan's kingdom is set up on earth...not hell.

Satan is not in Hell, "yet". He is trying to steal, kill and destroy, while he is free to roam right now. Later when the devil is cast into the lake of fire, he'll be in torment, and he will not have no kingdom!

Satans kingdom is right here on earth- don't you see it all around you?

Murders everyday, abortions (baby murder) perversion of all kinds,rapes, theft, uncontrolled anger, etc..etc...etc..His converts have been easy to come by- people like to "do what they will"- that is the whole of HIS law.
