i know it sounds a kinda strange question!

but im doing a science project on how much people should eat, and how much food is too much!

just say what you have eaten today

    So today I ate :

    scone with cream and jam first thing int the morning

    porridge with a banana (that was my proper breakfast)

    drank a glass of soya milk

    then ate lunch which was spicy chicken tortellini with red pesto and a salad, hmmmm

    then I split a big packet of crisps with my soul mate

    then I split cudbery twirl with him too (and I regretted it)

    my dinner was spaghetti bolongese with parmesan and basil sprinkled on top, hmmmmmmmmmmm (big portion too)

    .........

    it's 8pm now and I'm getting ready for the dessert which is scone with cream and jam again, and then fruits with yogurt (banana and kiwi)

    and I'll have a shot of whiskey too...... or a double

    Breakfast: Low Fat Blackcherry Yogurt - 100 Cal.

    Snack: Banana - 95 Cal,

    1 Mini Chocolate Bar - 50

    Lunch: Healthy Choice Breaded Chicken & Veggies - 270 Cal

    Snack: Pinapple - 150 Cal

    Post Run Snack - Toast 2/ PB & Banana - 200 Cal

    Dinner - Pizza Salad - 300 Cal

    Total Cal = 1200

    Morning: 1 Strawberry pop-tart, 1 Hot fudge sunday pop-tart, 1 Vanilla Milkshake poptart, and a bowl of coolwhip with sprinkels and marshmellow fluff on top.

    Lunch: Chicken Bbq pizza slice, and a slice of White frosting Cake and Some Ice-cream for desert

    Dinner: Sushi and Tempura Shrimp

    i ate far too much today i feel so fat but here goes....

    no breakfast

    snacks throughout the day - 2 slim a soups, and some little father christmas chocolates

    lunch - salt and vinegar snack a jacks with 3 large cheese snack a jacks with pickle and ham on top!

    dinner-some more cheese snack a jacks with ham and pickle

    then this is the worst part and i feel physically sick now...a whole brioche!!!! (a french bread, which is more like a cake i'd say! with a tiny bit of icing on the top aswell)

    i am currently beating anorexia so i am having to gain the weight so shouldnt feel too bad but am now pushing it as i am now about 7stone 4lbs i think at 5'4 and nearly 20yrs old!!!!

    Morning: a small piece of toast (seeded bread) with crunchy peanut butter.

    A berroca (vitamin tablet), evening primrose oil capsule

    Mid morning: a coffee, a pain au chocolat (pastry)

    Lunch: bag of fizzy candy and a muesli bar :-s

    Afternoon: a petit filous fromage frais yoghurt

    Dinner: a piece of seeded bread dipped in olive oil and salt, a small pizza, a chicken cordon bleu thing, some mushrooms

    Water throughout the day

    Breakfast and Lunch; a million/2 a field of frosted shredded wheat (i grew to become into caught in a automobile for a number of hours) Dinner - cheese and crackers previous due dinner - television dinner 3 cups of espresso 4 glasses of water a million extremely massive cup of warm milk with honey and ginger.... And that final bit is why i pass beddy-bye now... evening all dream in coloration

    Breakfast: Toast

    Break & lunch: Crisps, chocolate bar, cheese sandwiches, apple and hot cross bun

    Tea: Sausages and mash =D And then I had some apple pie for pudding

    Oh and um... I also ate some icing today because I made my christmas cake :S Haa oh well

    And Ive drank... a few cups of tea & some water =)

    Breakfast: cereal with skimmed millk

    Snacks: 2 apples, a banana, an orange, a cereal bar (not at the same time obviously)

    Lunch: Tuna sandwich and crispy cake (don't usually have these but I've been craving one since last week)

    Breakfast = 2 slices toast with jam and a cup of decaf coffee

    Elevenses = carrots and pitta with hummous

    Lunch = basil and tomato soup with 2 slices of crusty bread - 1 piece of homemade fudge

    Afternoon = cup of tea - 1 small Santa gingerbread man

    Dinner = skinless chicken breast, sweetcorn and a jacket potato

    four coffees (far too much)

    blackberries for breakfast

    chicken mayo brown baguette & packet of doritos (regret doritos)

    roast winter vegetables and mince gravy combo (too much gravy)

    1/2 bottle of ginger ale (should have drank water)

    2 glasses of ribena

    2 hot water's

    I am slightly overweight and aged 40 with a child with learning difficulties, I feel that my eating habits are related to mood. If I have a hard parenting day, I eat loads and then regret it.
