Intel pentium 4 2.4 - 2.8 processor?

Would a 2.4 or 2.6 or 2.8 intel pentium 4 processor work for a dell dimension 4500 pc that has almost 800 mb ram, ATI radeon 128 mb graphics card, intel pentium 4 1.80 GHz processor? If it does i'ma buy it. if not....i'ma buy 512 mb ram to make it 1 gb ram :D

    isit out of warranty ? changing its parts will void ur warranty

    There are multiple variants of these processors. Some are compatible, some are not. The Northwood processor you list came in varieties of 400-800 Mhz FSB. You could use one that had a FSB of 400 or 533 Mhz not the 800.

    GTA IV is between the main CPU depended interest out ther now.Your twin center could possibly run(provided you have a physically powerful pics card) yet i dont think of you will ever desire to play the interest at those framesrates.
