Don't you hate when people choose your answer as the best...?
just to get the last word in?
Don't get me wrong, I enjoy the 10 points, but it's so annoying when you see that they gave you 1 star and their comments were like "well, you're wrong because blah blah blah, and this just proves I'm right!" If you have a problem with my answer, why not argue in a way that lets me argue back?
I'm always tempted to send them an email and tear them down. I never have, because I don't want to sink to that level, but it's just oh so tempting. Anyone else feel this way?

I have had a few people that have actually picked my answer as best so that they could "argue" there case with me, however I cannot even remember the last time I received on of these- just remember some people have to the last word, and they really don't want an answer, just a way to voice their opinion. When I pick best answer, it is because it is best-

That never happened to me. I try not letting things get to me, except when people attack evolution. I also give best answer when I ask a question and the person got it right first even if I know they are a creationist or a fundamentalist. I give credit where credit is due.

if he did not like the answer why had he chosen it as the best one?
if he said blah blah blah, i dont understand that chooser for the answer.
he said i think it is blah blah, so the answer he had chosen is not best, but he did.
it is ok for me to see a star or two, because sometimes i get the BA with only one sentence posted, so one or two *(s) are enough, it is ok, take it easy.

Yes, but you can comment. Points don't even matter after level 2 do they, so what do you need 10 points for?

I get that a lot, No it does not bother me, I take the points and ignore them, But I'm glad to know I'm not the only one it happens to. I never am tempted to message them back, I get derogetory messages from Q&A users on a daily basis just about. God bless !

Who cares if they got the last word in? You just won because they felt the need to demonstrate their inadequacies. Don't let the opinions of someone who doesn't know the meaning of the word "best" bother you.

That has never happened to me but it wouldn't bother me. They can have the last word for 10 points, I don't care.

Hasn't happened to me yet, but I've come close with a few of them. Definitely a dicky maneuver.
