Take plenty of showers and carry around some of those self-cleansing pads they sell in the hygiene aisle. You can freshen up through out the day when you go to the bathroom.

And I understand that it kills the mood, but try talking to your girlfriend and explain that you have a sweating problem. If you two do plan to have sex, try incorporating showers into your foreplay.

You may have ringworm or a yeast infection-try bath water as hot as you can stand and a cup of bleach half a tub of water for at least 3 days-that will kill both-you might try something for jock itch or see a doctor.

As strange as this sounds, you can use Arm and Hammer baking powder but there's a powder especially for stuff like this called "Monkey Butt" I found some at the Northern Tool store but I'm sure you could google it.

See a doctor or urologist: something isn't right with this picture. It may be that you are too tight in your groin, because that area is the hottest part of the body; it may be in part to do with diet; it may be internal... who knows? but the right health professional will be able to assess it properly.

personally, i think your girlfriend should appreciate your sweaty balls. truthfully, i love sweaty balls. i find them insanely attractive. like, irresistible. they are like a delicacy to my sexual palette. plus the lubricant tends to make things a little easier. more fun for everyone ;] call me sometime.
