what's wrong with me?
i wake up crying or screaming in the middle of the night.
i can't sleep more than five hours without waking up.
i worry bout losing the ones i love.
i miss how it used to be.
i don't like being away from certain ppl for long periods of time and i break down crying outta no where.

my sister is worried bout me.
can you plz help figure out what's wrong with me to make her feel better.
i'm not worried bout depression cuz my sister has gone threw it and i'm nothing like she was.
so that doesn't bother me.
i'm 14 but i'm not eating right i can't eat much i'm always shaking anad nervous the only time i'm k is when i'm with my bf or best friend/sister.

You've become to caught up in your regrets over past actions, and now are too indecisive to make definite decisions on the correct path for your future.
Solution: In order to gut out of your rut, you need to start charging forwards. Sometimes you'll have to take a blind leap, but you will never have to live with the regret of having not given it your all. If you need something to strive for, I can give some suggestions.

It sounds like you are depressed. to brake the cycle i think you should definitely see a councilor. i know you probably don't want to but they will know how to help you best and they are always really nice caring people who are not scary at all. you have to remember it is actually normal for people to go through similar things, especially being in their teens. the brain takes you on a viscous cycle downward, which can be due to hormone imbalance, low confidence and much more. its really important to fix your thoughts before it gets worse.
aside from seeing a councilor there are some things you can do yourself-->
- try not to give yourself a hard time and think positive. it may help to write down your troubling thoughts and actually think through realistically if they are worth worrying about.
- do exercise. this will make you tired and sleep better. it will release endorphins that will also make you feel
better.
- make sure your eating well, with good healthy foods.
- go out with family or friends for a fun outing and just try to enjoy yourself.
- talk to people about how your feeling. if you don't want to do that you could write a dairy of all your thoughts to release them.
- look into the future... set realistic goals that you can strive for and focus on that. don't dwell on the past, because that gone and there is nothing that can be done about it.
- don't worry, as worry will not help anyone, especially not yourself. worrying does not achieve anything.
- it can also be good to focus on helping others, as that can be very rewarding and will draw the focus focus from yourself so you arnt dwelling on things.

Well im not an expert but in my opinion if you are in the age of youth its probably puberty otherwise you are having perhaps a sign of something happening but don't re lie on all i said i think. its just that ive not been wrong before

Same thing happened to me.
I went and seen my doctor and was reffered to a therapist.
I was then diagnosed with severe anxiety.
Now I take medicine and everything is all better.

could be hormones, could be post traumatic stress, could be a chemical imbalance of the brain.
Depends on how old you are
If you are a teen , it's just hormones,.. if you are older i would suggest you seek professional help.
