How to get rid of love handles?
Im 5'9 1/2", and Im pretty thin. My only problem is the area between my butt and my lower back on my sides. Ive always heard that cardio is the way to get rid of it, so I do cardio 3 times a week usually. No such luck. Any specific ideas or advice?

Don’t worry too much about crunches and sit ups, worry more about drinking lots of water, like 8-10 glasses daily. Also walking to burn the fat. Then you can run a few days a week to tone the stomatch and start working abs a few days a week. http://www.musclemonsters.com/2008/12/how-to-get-s...

I agree with the poster above. Oxygen is the quickest way to burn fat, so the heavy breathing( like when you are running or a cardio intense workout) the more fat you are burning. So jogging or yogging is the best way to tone the stomach area.
