Hi,
Well frankly it is the season for Strep throat and any other winter germs. Some people have no symptoms at all, it is best to get tested now and again in 6 months if you think you may have been exposed to HIV.

No, HIV is a reduction in your immune system, swelling tonsils is a reactive immune system. Swollen tosils would be a sign of NOT having AIDS

enlarged tonsil is usually due to infection or it could be Lymphoma, a cancer of the lymph nodes that can involve the tonsils, causing one to grow out of proportion.... but most likely its just an infection. so go get it checked
