Welcome to cold season!?
So, we all know somebody who has had a cold already. Heck, some of us may have had one already ourselves!
What are your tips or tricks to staying healthy when everybody around you seems to be hacking?
What about if you have a cold? What do you do to shorten it/make it livable?
Also, say you have somebody over and they cough all over everything, including your couch or your bed. How do you (if you do) clean them to get the germs away?
Have a healthy holiday season!
I'm personally not sick, and I'm trying to keep it that way because of other health issues :)

Afew tips on a quick recovery from a cold: hot green tea, chicken noodle soup and drink lots of water, hot showers often, or hot steam, bed rest and stay warm. And if you have to have someone in your home that are very very ill, recommend a mask. and use lysol spry, and open up your windows often to air out your house. I would prefer not to have anyone over if theyre ill. sorry. my preference. with the costs of going to dr, and prescription costs and leave of work, sometimes its best to not have any sick people inthe home. ide avoid it at all costs. Sometimes, you have to do the right thing. Ive worked inthe medical field, and some of my patients were so sick with bronchitis running fever, and i think the best thing is to let people know if you are ill. if i were sick with a cold, i had to respect the elders because of their conditions, i couldnt risk them getting sick. my opinion. Also, get a jump start on your flu shot early, i believe it starts Oct 1. keep that in mind. Sorry, i wasnt try to be a hard.butt, but ive been around many sick elders, and i just found a few tips to keep the flu down. good luck and i hope you find some use out of this info.

I was my hands- constantly. Borderline OCD, but I think about all the things that have been touched without us even knowing about it. Like door handles and pens and stuff like that. And I wipe things down constantly with antibacterial wipes :)
