Could this be a motherboard problem?
When I press the power button on tower my computer does not start for around 5 to 10 minutes. I don't mean it does not load, I mean it does not start at all. I ran virus scan, did a scan disk in safe mode, and after all that finally did a factory restore and it's still not starting. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance all. Oh when it finally loads it runs just fine.
