Spray it in the air and then hold the card in it. That was there are no stains, and it's a lighter scent so the person can breathe when they open it. :D

or you can spray an item, like a shirt and wrap the card in it for a while and then send it.

yeah, spray from a distance or try spraying on tissue then rubbing it on back of the card.
