What connection speed must I have to have no buffering watching hockey games on sites like myfoxhockey.com?

Wanting to watch some games on there today and tomorrow but want to know what connection speed I might need to upgrade to.

    You must have a DSL or cable modem connection to watch our webcasts. A download speed of at least 600 kbps (kilobytes per second) is suggested. Some DSL services may not be fast enough. Please check your service performance with your local Internet Service Provider. You can also perform a speed test by logging to www.speedtest.net.
