It's the team in black/orange. I'm just looking to find an online store that would have the jersey templates blank and the socks. Side note: #7 is Alex Goligoski, D in and out for the Penguins and their AHL team, #6 is Vancouver Canucks 2007 first round pick Patrick White.

Right now Minnesota is the only state that sells out an NHL arena for their state high school hockey tournament. What state could potentially do this in the future? Michigan, Illinois, Missouri, Ohio, New York? I saw on TV Missouri had quite a few fans, probably around 4,000 at the Blues home rink, and they were pretty loud too. Looked like a good time for those fans.

Who can get it right first? Can you name the teams? Arena?

Wouldn't it be a good idea for the different pro sports leagues to work together so that teams of different sports are in the same city on the same weekend as often as is possible? For instance, in April the NFL schedule comes out. Let's say for examples sake that Dallas plays at the Detroit Lions in the middle of October. So, the NHL and NBA take note. The NBA schedules the Dallas Mavericks at the Detroit Pistons the preceding Friday night. The NHL schedules the Dallas Stars at the Detroit Red Wings on Saturday night. So you have Friday - Sunday, the city of Dallas vs. the city of Detroit.

Fox Sports North on Satellite and Fox College Sports Central has some high school games on in Minnesota at the Xcel Energy Center. Late game at 8:30 central should be a dandy. Lots of future NHLers out there.

It was a game Aresnal played in August of 2004 or 2005 and a game they tied the unbeaten streak record. I remember the other team was up 3-1 or something and Arsenal went nuts scoring like 3 or 4 goals in 10 minutes or something like that.

Wanting to watch some games on there today and tomorrow but want to know what connection speed I might need to upgrade to.

I see people ask all the time what is the best hockey town. It appears that most answer based on the success of an NHL team. I find this puzzling. Isn't hockey more than just the NHL? Also, does the success of a hodge podge of players from around the world moving to a city and winning indicate the dominance of that town in the sport?

To me the best "hockey" city is Saint Paul, Minnesota. They've sold out every pre-season, regular season, and play off game for the NHL's Wild. Also, they sell out their college hockey tournament every year. And the largest crowd to every see a game in the city was over 19,000 for a high school state tournament game between Hill Murray and Roseau. Also, most of the cities residents play the game.

The best NHL team is the Detroit Red Wings. Why? They won the cup, they are the Champions. Congrats to the Swedes relocated to Detroit.

The best NHL town is probably Toronto or Montreal.

Anyone out there making their first trip to the Xcel Energy Center? If so be sure to check out the great restaurants and pubs within 1-5 blocks of the X. Cossetta's for Pizza and authentic Italian cuisine (cafeteria style) my personal favorite before the game. Then there is Tom Reid's Pub, and the Downtown Fire Wood Grill. Those are just a few, but that is one of the great things about the Xcel's location it's so close to everything and connected by skyway to a few hotels and downtown St. Paul.

I'm a Minnesota Wild fan, and I highly recommend to other NHL fans a visit to such a state of the art building that honors the great hockey heritage of the state. This year I plan on going to Wild games in Vancouver, Pheonix, San Jose, LA, and Anaheim.

I have a HS hockey jersey that I wear to the games and would like to know what I should wear under it? Just a t-shirt? mock-turtleneck?

I know of two in Minnesota that I've gone to for hockey. The DECC in Duluth (decc.org) and the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul (xcelenergycenter.com). The DECC is so much fun because you walk out your hotel room, down the elevator to the skywalk, and then 10 min. walk to the DECC, and during the day your can walk around the concession hallway of the arena which on one side is all glass right on Lake Superior.
