Is there any HS hockey tourney like Minnesota's?

Last Friday night set a new tournament record for the AA Semi-finals, 19,559.  Is there any youth tournament in the world that comes close?

I was of the 19, 559 people in  attendance last Friday night at the state hockey tournament.  I believe there are a few other tournaments that sometimes draw similar numbers.  I have never been to it, but I believe the Quebec International Pee-Wee Hockey Tournament puts up similar or greater numbers to the MN HS tournament.  A number of very well known current and former NHL stars have played in the tournament when they were peewee age (Brad Park, Guy Lafleur, Marcel Dionne, Gilbert Perrault, Wayne Gretzky, the Howe brothers, Mario Lemieux, Eric Lindros, Rick Nash have all played in the tournament)

The Quebec International Pee-wee tournament is the largest non-junior tournament in the world, but in America................there are NHL teams that would kill to have the attendance of the Minnesota high school hockey tournament!

It's a great tournament, watched it many times!

The Minnesota HS championship is amazing.  LITY is right, NHL teams would kill for a crowd like that.  I know of nothing that compares in youth hockey at all.

Man, I sure wish we had that at my old high school. I think I would have been in heaven! 

The only thing we had was hockey-style fights, minus the hockey.
