I think that you dont have enough people to hang out with. I think that your getting bored and the ideal of hanging out with him sounds great cus you have nothing else to do and that is what you are used to doing. You have to find more friends - stop hanging out with him because it wont be the same you guys arent going to put the same energy into having fun because your no longer a couple - its not exciting anymore .

I think you might be confusing love with love. Think about it, if you love and care about him, then you love him. Those feelings are hard to get rid of. But if you love him in a deeper way, more emotionally, then maybe you are INlove with him,. There is a difference. You are INlove with your bf, but you love your friends.
