old school orion experts.XTR 1200?

I have the opportunity to purchase this amp http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...

Im running 2 boston acoustic 10" G5 series which are 450 watts RMS.I know its a little over but I like to supply plenty of power with properly adjusted gains.I was going for the boston GT28 amp which is designed for them,But isnt this amp one of the oldschool ELITE?

Im very big on sound quality.

IM MORE FOR SOUND QUALITY BUT MAD BASS IS NOT A BAD THING.IF YOU HAD TO RATE THIS AMP(ORION) FROM A SCALE OF 1 TO 10....10 BEING THE BEST.WHAT WOULD YOU RATE THE POWER AND WHAT ABOUT SOUND QUALITY.THANKS IN ADVANCE

    Quite so.

Here is a guide that will help you set the gain correctly http://www.box.net/shared/uchv4dbk88

You'll need a multi-meter (AC voltmeter, $15 from Radio$hack), Microsoft Excel and a way to burn an audio CD from an MP3.

If you don't have Excel, use this link http://www.box.net/shared/nkkw1dhk4g

I'm quite sure you know how to do this, I'm just providing a link for others to use.
