What items go into "My Watchlist"?
In "My Profile", there is a file called my watchlist. What is it for and who is responsible for adding items to it? (Currently I have no items in my watchlist. I was just curious.)

When you find a question you're interested in you put it in your watchlist. Just go to Save & Add it to your watchlist.
I do this when I see a question I would like to know the answer to or something that I want/need to refer back to often.

You can put any questions in there. It is like a "holding place" and can be used for many purposes.
You might come across a question which you also really want to know an answer so you put it there so you can come back in a few days time and see what answers people gave - rather than trying to search for it again.
Some category have people repeatedly asking the same questions so I store some of my frequents answers there so I can go and copy and paste rather than having to type the same answers all the time.
There are many uses... I'm sure you will come across a situation where that tab will be very useful to you.

I also put some of my best answers on my watchlist. When I see the same thing asked over and over and I have a really good answer, I like a quick way to go back to that same answer so that I can copy-paste my same answer to the other questions.
I hang in the astronomy site mostly and when astronomical events happen, everyone asks the same thing---Like, "when can I see the meteor shower in my city"....it is so much easier to use a copy-paste of the same answer and reference links to help people understand the wonders of the skies above us.
Note: you can only do this with YOUR OWN answers. To copy-paste other peoples answers is plagiarism and a flagrant violation of yahoo answers.
