what do electro lights in gatorade do besides keep you from dehydrating?
My daughter is pregnant and was admitted in hospital for dehydration...but it also seems to give her energy and its all she can drink.If she drinks water even it comes up.

I drank g2 gatorade (Reduced sugar gatorade) and all it really contributed was that it prevented my muscles from cramping up during soccer tryouts.
