who offer soft steak taco?

if you have any in your town try one of those mobile mexican food stands

if not get yourself a skirt steak from the store add marinate it in one 12oz of flat beer (corona),1tsp each salt&pepper ,1 bayleaf, 1tbs fresh chopped garlic, (if you don't have fresh garlic use 1tsp of garlic power) 1/2 small onion quartered, add the juice of two limes and put in the fridge for 30 minutes or over night then strain the marinade pull out the bay leaves and use rest to pan fry with the meat or grill and saute left over marinade

to serve in the taco as well. how ever you'd like.

I also love these little soft tacos, the shell is a soft corn tortilla most of the time there are 2 of them on the taco to help hold it together. the best places to look for them in the US is in small mexican grocery stores, many of them have an attached little restaurant as well that offer traditional foods from many of mexico and central americas regions. Look for one that serves El-Salvadoran food I find that they are the best, they have the tacos in many meats and also have my favorite of all hispanic dishes , the puposa.
