I think it's healthy to cry if you feel like it, whether you know why or not. Obviously something is bothering you. Do you have any close friends/family that you can have a talk with, maybe that will help you to feel better. Try not to be embarrassed about how you feel, we all go through bad feelings at times, and it often helps the person you confide in just as much as it may help you.

There's another thing, and it happens to me. During the holiday season, sometimes with everything that is going on and old memories coming up, people feel "down" and don't know why. It doesn't have to be anything major. I just wanted you to know that statistics show holidays are the hardest time for some people. More suicides are committed during the Christmas season than at any other time (I'm not saying you're suicidal, just trying to make a point.)

Emotions can be closer to the surface and harder to handle. Sometimes we feel disappointed that the holidays aren't what we expect them to be like, or are worried about gift buying, or feel sad about people we may have lost. Also, as we grow older, we tend to lose that magical Christmas feeling little kids get, and that can make us feel sad or angry. I suspect it's not just the Christmas tree, but that only seems like the focus of your feelings. It can be very confusing.

I hope you feel better soon. Have a good cry, did you know that when we cry an enzime is produced by the brain that automatically makes us feel better afterwards?

Not right now. I feel positive. You should try watching comedy shows or walk around your neighborhood and come back home when you feel better. I do that a lot. Take care.

It depends on why, is it a constant state of anger? Is it related to an event that happened?

There has to be something that happend to you to make you feel that way. Maybe you should address the problem and try to fix it. If you cannot fix the problem ask someone how to fix it.
