Jehovah's Witnesses Will Be At Your Door Christmas Week. What Will You Have For Them?
As many of you know, Christmas Week is upon us and with that special time of year where parties and festivities are so much welcomed, here come the Party Poopers. Jehovah's Witnesses will be knocking and disturbing people trying to enjoy some rare time to spend with family. What will you have for them this year? Will you slam the door on them? Will you ask them hard questions? Will you ignore them?
Tell me please?
Here is a link to many topics for discussion that they will have trouble with http://mmoutreachinc.com/jehovahs_witnesses/jehova...
Olin Moyle is a Christian. One of Jehovah's Witnesses. An elder no less.

Oh, if only they would come to my door! I would welcome them in and engage them in meaningful dialogue - only they're not very good at listening. However, what I do have for them (24/7 and not just at Christmas) are my heartfelt prayers that the good Lord will break down their barriers, open their eyes, unstop their ears and soften their hearts so that they may receive the true gospel message. Their eternal lives are at stake.

I only left them back in November and no announcement has been made public about it to my knowledge. I can only imagine they would not stop by, But if they should I would invite them in and discuss many of the topics that make them uncomfortable. I think I might use this one about what the Watchtower teaches about Sodomites.
Remember the people who died at Sodom and Gomorrah? God killed them after judging them to be too wicked to continue living. Right? So do they come back in the resurrection, at least for judgment?
Wait, He judged them already.
Let's see how the governing body/faithful and discreet slave has worked thru the NEW LIGHT of this issue.
1879 YES the Sodomites will come back in the resurrection.
(1879 Watchtower on pages 7 and 8).
1941 NO the Sodomites will NOT come back in the resurrection.
(1941 Watchtower on page 367).
1955 Emphasis on NO
(1955 Watchtower on page 676).
1965 YES
(March 1, 1965 Watchtower page 676 ).
1967 NO
(July 1, 1967 watchtower page 409).
1974 YES
(October 15, 1974 Watchtower page 20).
1988 NO
(June 1, 1988 Watchtower page 30).
1988 YES
(Insight Volume 1 page 85).
1989 NO
(Live Forever Book page 179).
As you can see from their own literature, they have flip-flopped EIGHT times and now since 1989, the answer is NO, the Sodomites will NOT return in the resurrection. And that IS FINAL!
Or is it??
For being the "Sole channel of communication" and Jehovah's Mouthpiece here on Earth, I have to wonder if Jehovah keeps sending the "Slave Class" conflicting messages, or if these "Nine Blind Guides" of the governing body are just lying about that SOLE channel thing. What do you think? Is God feebleminded, indecisive, and flippant, or is the governing body?

Are Jehovah’s Witnesses a sect or a cult? some define sect to indicate a team that has broken faraway from a longtime faith. Others be conscious the time era to a team that follows a definite human chief or instructor. The time era is in many circumstances utilized in a derogatory way. Jehovah’s Witnesses are actually not an offshoot of a few church yet contain persons from all walks of lifestyles and from many religious backgrounds. they don't seem to any human, yet somewhat to Jesus Christ, as their chief. A cult is a faith that's reported to be unorthodox or that emphasizes devotion in accordance to prescribed ritual. Many cults persist with a residing human chief, and dissimilar times their adherents stay in communities different than for something of society. the familiar for what's orthodox, in spite of the undeniable fact that, would desire to be God’s be conscious, and Jehovah’s Witnesses strictly adhere to the Bible. Their worship is a fashion of lifestyles, not a ritual devotion. They neither persist with a human nor isolate themselves from something of society. They stay and artwork interior the middle of people.

Dear Olin,
Thank you for the reminder. I'll tell my son-in-law who is home on paternity leave this month to help with newborn twins to put out the notice I made a few years ago. It says "Do not ring bell. Baby napping!"
I was home alone a few years ago when they came during Christmas week and I enjoyed talking to the lovely couple and telling them that I do study the Bible and I reject what they teach. They kept insisting upon giving me their book to prove that Jesus is Michael. I accepted it only on the condition that they read a pamphlet and a printout that I had by the door.
I gave them Roy Zuck's Open Letter to Jehovah Witnesses and One Truth Exposes a Thousand Lies - Traits Shared Between Jehovah and Jesus.
If they make it down our snow-covered driveway I will at least wish them a Christ-filled Christmas.
For His glory,
JOYfilled - but missing Schneb

It better not be the ***** who lives down the street. She is one of those pioneers and she goes out to preach and leaves her aging and ill husband home by himself. He had a heart attack some time ago and she still left him alone. If it was not for my dad and some other neighbors that man would be without any transport to a doctor, dentist, or to a pharmacy because nothing is more important to that ***** than her stupid Jehovah religion and bothering the neighbors. If she comes I am going to slap her. If someone else comes they are going to have the riot act read to them.

I always witness to the Witnesses- on how to be saved.
I was just at a Memorial Service for a young man we had live with us for several years recently... his family was JW's. And he lost his battle with cancer last week.
That memorial service was the most depressing one I've ever been to. NO one got up and spoke about David! No one shared memories! Just their elder gave a speech and it was full of "striving" to follow Jehovah. OH how sad.
They read and do not see... God is Saviour, Jesus is Saviour! We do not strive anymore, thru Christ! We have total assurance.
I had many many discussions that young man when he lived here... I hope he just trusted Christ, and not "his striving"...
I always go thru the book of Isaiah with JW"S... there are NO other Gods, NO other Saviour other than Jehovah himself! Yet Christ was all these things! WHO was this man, Jesus Christ then?? He was no mere angel.
I always pray for their eyes to be opened.

Jehovah's Witnesses have never come to my door, I'm lucky. If they did I would probably just not answer since I never answer the door if I don't know who it is. But if I did answer the door, I would give them a pie in the face, no joke. Gotta use some humor with these people once in a while lol.

Ill have one question for them, ill ask them why if one of the reasons why they don't celebrate CHRISTmas is because of not mentioned to celebrate CHRIST's birth, then why don't they follow the fact that cats arn't mentioned in the bible and they shouldn't have them as pets and not to associate with them.
They make me laugth they say some thing about dinosaurs didnt exsist yet we have hard evidence, actual bones.
WATCH TOWER, more like WASHED OUT TOWER !!

their gifts are already wrapped, didn't want to spoil the surprise, but it's a nice little A4 size gift box filled with all the literature i have received from them this year. i figure they can give it to somebody who will appreciate it when they go do their isolated territory work, if they still do that. oh, and some milk and cookies, we apostates still have hearts, you know, but they won't be in the shape of christmas trees or anything, i will be respectful, i was thinking more of triangle cookies, maybe with purple icing, what you think?
