to tell the truth for the computer spec you are talking about, any one of these power supply are much too powerful, you system can run on a 450w in my opinion actually you only need 362 from your specs but to remain on safe side if later on you like to add things on id get a 500w. to make sure 100% check this website out it calculates the psu wattage needed.
just be carefull to put single processor as this mean the actual amount of processors you got not type.(ex. intel core 2 quad 9550 is a single processor)
