I think Clair was going to go public with the fact they had powers and he went into hiding but its been a long time since I have seen season 2. Although I did like west.

they're nonetheless around, its merely real Heros dont do issues to be well-known and get rewards, actual Heros do what they are able to to help human beings and dont ask for something in return, not even acceptance.

He was unpopular so I think the producers got rid of him, I think the story was he moved city and went into hiding or something?
