That is a HUGE attraction! I'd love for my girl to love football!

My hisband doesn't like football. He doesn't hate it, but he doesn't care about it. I enjoy it and know alot about the sport- rules, strategies, plays, I watch my teams closely and probably spend way too much time and energy on it (but only during football season...I get real depressed for a while once the SuperBowl is over! : ) ) But it's my only entertainment sometimes during the long, cold Montana winters, so he puts up with it. My friends, male & female, that hang out, we all enjoy the game. So I don't think most guys OR girls care wheher or why the opposite gender likes football. Unless they're, like, 13 or something, but then if they're just kids they don't know anything about it yet, anyway.

I believe that it adds to the attraction. If 2 people have something they enjoy in common it's a great ice-breaker and can be a life-long bonding. My fiance and I both love football and baseball (me a little more actually). But we never are at a loss for conversation. Plus the games, the collecting and the fantasy leagues...it's all a bonus.

My boyfriend loves it that I can talk about players, how to play, ect and do not have to ask him to explain what is going on at football games. He taught me how to tackle properly and we play all the time. It is a preference that varies by guy.

It depends, there's a lot of other things to consider. like what she looks like, or what her chest looks like.
