Dry skin/rash appearing?

About 5 days-1 week ago on the top of my right hand I noticed the skin started getting very dry. I wash dishes and clean alot so that's not uncommon.

Yesterday it started getting a little pink and today it is 2 inch diameter rash. Not very bad though. It dosen't itch or hurt but it is really dry, kind of like sand paper but not that bad lol

I haven't been bitten, or exposed to any kind of chemicals, or anything weird like that.

I'm not too worried about it, I haven't started using lotion on it or done anything.

What should I do? I think it may just get dryer and redder over time.
