Be honest. How many people really do enjoy christmas?

I love Christmas and the real reason is Jesus's birth.

Well. I dont enjoy Christmas as much as I would like to. For starters, my Mom passed away about 2 years ago. She made Christmas for us. 2. I moved from Michigan and I'm now in Florida and it dont feel like Christmas. 3. Most of my family is all back in Michigan including all the children in my family. So I dont get to watch them open gifts and enjoy the magic of what the holiday USED to bring me. Plus I'm going through a divorce this year. Also I have to work....So Christmas is not a good time for me. Thats why I will be celebrating it at a later time this year.

Haha..well just today i was laying on the couch...looking at all the presents we have under our tree and I was thinking...this is so weird. Just last week my parents were getting after me and my sisters for having messy rooms and such and saying that we don't deserve this or that and yet they've been running around like chickens with their heads cut off to get us things that we need and want for Christmas this year. It's crazy. But YES i thoroughly enjoy Christmas. I'm religious and so I celebrate the birth of Christ but I just love all of the old classic christmas songs and making a gingerbread house with my family and seeing how happy my family is when we receive things we've wanted or needed :)

I find that Christmas is good for kids, but nowadays kids don't even like simple gifts. They like all kinds of new sophisticated computer games.

People don't like the simple gifts any more. It's not like before, when a simple gift was a good gift.

A Christmas card was enough, but now a lot of people like to show themselves giving gifts for a hundred dollars that make the giving and getting relations more difficult and complicated.

I really liked Christmas when I was a kid, but now I don't like it a t all.

You give to one person, and then you have to give to all people you know: Children and adults, parents and Grand parents, neighbours and relatives, nieces and nephews, and a great number of Job colleagues.

It's really a nuisance for me and a waste of time when choosing the gifts, besides the waste of money.

Christmas should be for children getting the gifts only.

the way i see it. the holidays could be bad or good. or it could both.

heres how a good christmas is.....

what you give a person is what presents how you feel about them. if you give your friend a cheap bracelet its showing you dont really care for that person. but if you give them a bottle of there favorite perfume you show emotion.. that is the joy of christmas. the person who gave the gift feels happy for giving it and the reciever feels happy for getting it. in fact so happy that person would give the giver something they really want. but it isnt just about gifts its about reuniting also as a family.

to answer your question i think there are more people who enjoy it than hate it.

I do enjoy Christmas. Its nice to go around and see some happy faces. But well, this year has had to be the worst. I don't know why, but it just feels like it is.

I love Christmas. It is a time to see all the family I haven't seen in a while and to get presents. I love seeing my families faces when they unwrap their gifts. It is so cool! Christmas would have to be my favorite holiday!! :D

oh yeah it is SO phony just a good advertisement to get people gifts and have people stress over money. Sometimes it is fun i only honestly do like to see my family that's all i look forward to

half and half i guess, its very stressful that's for sure. Everyone expects something, even if they don't plan on giving you anything. I'm telling you its crazy. Also what if your kids are really bad that year how awful would everyone think you would be if you didn't get your children anything. I just like the decoration everything else sucks bah hum ba

Yes I do, but what's wearing me out is reading all these questions bashing Christmas. And why would I lie about it? Why is it that when people think that anyone whose opinion doesn't agree with theirs is not being honest.
