A question about a jade plant?

I have a two year-old red-tipped jade plant. It has never flowered. I was wondering if anyone out there has a few helpful hints as to how I can help bring this about. Thanks, folks!

    Needs to be root bound to flower. Don't repot.

    It needs to be in very bright light; it's also helpful if it has just about gotten too large for its pot.

    You have it full sun don't you? It would have to be in full sun.
