    It's called the perineal raphe and you can look it up by that term on wikipedia.org.

    It is supposed to be there. That is the area when you where a fetus in the womb that genital area that would have been the large lips in a female joined together to make the scrotum in the development of a male. As an embryo all humans start out with female beginnings. The Y chromosome causes a change to occur and the clitoris area becomes the penis, the labia area becomes the scrotum the ovums become the testicles.

    Most people have that...it's the point where your vagina turned into a ball sack in the womb. All fetus' start with an orifice, ours just closes and turns into balls.
