Just some ideas. I really like Mack as a nickname! It is very handsome!

McClaren, McAdams, MacAllister, the list goes on. Any name can be used and then just use the nickname Mac. Personally, I like the name better without the "k" on the end. Just please don't use something like Macaroni -- leave that one to some celebrity. Imagine his name on a letterhead or a doorway. And remember, kids can be cruel. His name will follow him his whole life.
