maybe a kanker soar? but those usually appear on top of the toungue, close to the tip. Or on the gums.
It could just be a reaction from something you ate, or a broken blood vessel as you guessed.

Canker sore or mouth ulcer. Will go away on its own, usually caused by acidic food attacking the lining of your mouth. Really sour stuff can cause them too. Rinse with salt water (water with salt stirred up in it) or with baking soda, both will help it cure quickly. You are lucky-- one time I had 22 at once.

Its one of those cold sores but in your mouth. I've gotten them ever since I was little. mostly on the tip of my tounge or the inside of my cheek. If it doesnt go away after a week than it might be something else and you should see a doctor.

This sounds like a canker or herpes sore. Try not to pop it or bust it open. U can use orabase B (found at Walgreens) to help it heal. And you can can a supplement called L-lysine daily to keep it from coming back.

It could be a canker sore. You may be able to use some over the counter things for it. It may be wise to get it checked out.

Just a typical sore. Most likely you ate something too hot or cut it with something hard. It will go away

...eew. Probably a cold sore (i get those a bunch). Just leave it alone, and if it doesn't go away in a few days go to a doctor.
