Ebay Question about Bidding?
If I'm bidding on a item and I've been increasing my bid by 5.00 every time but the guy in front of me has entered his max amount, then his bid turned into 355.55 does the .55 mean that if i bid again i will be the max bidder? because im not sure if i want to be the max bidder yet? shouldn't it keep going up in steady amounts? not .55 ?

What is the max your are willing to pay? Decide that and stick to it. The reason it has gone to .55 is usually because another bidder has entered an odd amount, not just even pounds or dollars (e.g. £19.00 or $19.00).
Enter your max amount with about 20 secs to spare then you will have most chance of getting your last bid in before anyone else, but remember, if someone has entered a massively higher bid prior to yours, there is little chance of you getting the item.
Good luck dude ;-)

not necessarily how do you know that's his max bid? you should set yourselves a limit and stick to it . it will go up according to how many bids it has ........
