Did Youtube just get stricter?

Yes, apparently Warner canceled their contract with You Tube so they had to remove a lot of videos.

Are those bands under Warner Bro Record Company?? If so, Warner Bro pulled all their videos from youtube because they wanted a bigger share of the revenue and youtube wouldn't agree.. Madonna and T.I's videos were taken off too

Record Companies are having Youtube remove their artists from their site because they feel they are not getting paid the royalties that they deserve. They feel that with the popularity of Youtube and the money it makes in advertising revenue they should be paid more. Last week Warner Brothers records demanded youtube pull all their artists videos when they could not come to a financial agreement

Warner Bros. recently decided that, since they make no money off of the videos on Youtube, everyone with a Warner Brothers Records video (or song) on Youtube had to take it down.

I don't know why, but I've noticed it, too. It really makes me angry when they do that. There were some really good ones that I had saved and they are deleted. They come up with the lame excuse that they violated something or other, which is not true. Then others can have basically the same thing later (only not as good of quality)and it's left on. Why?

My friends Video got deleted for the same reasons..

Maybe the band is personally deleting them or maybe youtube is lowering the risk of being sued..

Warner is making every band signed with a Warner label remove their videos from youtube.

Why? Because Warner FAILS. That's why.

I kno what u mean.. I was gonna show my brother this crazy Avenged Sevenfold vid to A Little Piece Of Heaven and it was deleted due to a copyright claim on their own channel.. I don't get it

yea i kno they're crackin down on the music videos --- if its not owned by the (forgot the word) like company w/e its called they were going 2 take em off or if u copied them and didnt give the company and shxt the credit....i also heard that they were going to take off music videos off of youtube but i dont kno how true that is

I don't have an account, but maybe Youtube went through some maintenances while you were looking at the videos? Check again.
