I got married in my Air Force Mess Dress uniform. Twenty years later, the pictures still looks good, not like the now out-of-date tuxedos my friends rented for their weddings.
To answer the question, each service allows their members to wear their dress uniform in their wedding. It is just up to what you decide as a couple. I doubt that your future wife would fight it; if she does, I would be concerned about her supporting your continued career.

Why are wedding days so special? Because you only get ONE. Sure you can wear a wedding dress any day that you want to, but you'll look ridiculous if you aren't actually getting married. There is a big difference between a tasteful vow renewal and a wedding re-enactment. Wedding re-enactments are big no-nos.
