Help me please. Birthday Present.?

Question

Okay my bestest best friend ever is turning 13, I have no clue what to get her (I suck at buying and giving presents when they wont tell me what they want.) NO GIFT CARDS!!! Okay, she hates reading, she's over the whole Twilight thing. She likes music a lot. Movies. (She an indoors type person) Oooh she loves shopping and designer crap.  Can yall help me pick something good, and not just like a movie dvd, album, or something like that. Something pretty good and i just need an idea of what to get her it doesnt have to be specific. I know im askin a lot from yall.

I tried this with my friend when she turned 15 and she loved it!
I gave her a basket filled with stuff she would enjoy! 
Contents:
- tissue paper on the bottom to make it look decorative
- the new season of the Office (pick her a television show season she likes)
- a cute notebook that she can fill with whatever. I decorated the front of it with things she enjoys, like her favorite band, good times we've had or strange animals... lol
- candy, candy, candy
- a collection of oldies band music

If she likes certain movies get her a cool movie
Also you could buy a ticket to her to the movie theaters.

Ok.  Goodo cause your friend sounds a lot like me and I'm close to her age...hmm I would love it if you bought me designer stuff.  It doesn't need to be expensive.  You can buy new juicy couture make-up bags for about £15 (soz dunno if your british or american or whatnot).  I hate getting really girl things.  Get her something grown up and sophisticated like make-up or something  thats different because she is becoming a teen after all.

ok well either a her favorite movie and or cd but...
since she is such a good friend, give her a scapbook and fill the first page of a trip or a fun thing you two did together. then as you guys get older, she can keep filling it out with fun stuff she does.
