1990 plymouth laser radio harness, wire ID?

what are the 2 wires that i cant identify. 1 of them is red w/ a black stripe, and blue with orange markings. the previous owner cut the harness and ive figured out the rest of the wires just unsure with these two. im thinking the red w/black is power, completely unsure about the other.

    The red with black should be the constant power wire. The other one may be an illumination wire. If you have a voltmeter handy, test the voltage on the wire when you turn the lights on/off and adjust the dash dimmer control. As for the red/black, it should show 12 volts at all times. If it doesn't, check your vehicle's fuses.
