Does she still have her Philippine Citizenship?
My mother was born in the Philippines but came to the United States with a US Passport since her mother (my grandmother) was born in Hawaii. My mom never applied for naturalization and has lived in the U.S. for 33 years... since she never applied for her naturalization does she still have rights to her Philippine Citizenship or does she have to apply for Dual Citizenship to retain her Philippine Citizenship? I would appreciate your help. Thank you.

Your mother did not have to apply for US naturalization. She was a US citizen. The fact that she had a US passport is testimony to this fact.
She can easily regain her Philippine citizenship. The Philippine embassy in Washington, DC or any Philippine Consulate in the USA can assist her.
