If illegals own property they DO have to pay taxes on it, just like everyone else, if not, then they will face forfeiture, they are not immune to any special treatment.

No it is sickening. Even if they do pay property taxes it is not enough to provide for the 5 plus children they send to public schools. Illegals should not be able to own a dang thing in the U.S.

Actually, property taxes ARE due regardless of who owns the home....however, I don't believe an illegal should be allowed to own real estate.

Anyone may own land in the U.S. and all must pay taxes on it or it will be sold to whom ever pays the delinquent taxes on it.

I dare you to prove that Undocumented are not paying property taxes.

Similarly, like the illegal immigrants who entered the UK claiming political asylum, they are given houses, money, free hospital treatments, clothes ....you know...everything you have to work hard for...they get them free until their cases are heard.

More often then not, they disappear before their cases are heard. 10yrs later they are caught, but the stupid Immigration laws are such, they cannot deport them because of their 'human rights' and since they have been in the country for that length of time, they have a right to remain in the country. Makes my blood boil!

It's a shame they are so poor they can't live in MX, they come here and have to "live in the shadows" by buying houses, big new cars, and standing in parking lots and street corners to get jobs. Most Americans can't afford these things how are the illegals able to buy them when they supposedly make less than American workers? And if they can afford to buy all these things why are we paying for their emergency room visits; labor/delivery; food stamps; WIC. And how can they afford to buy all this here then wire $20-40 a year to MX? Something is not adding up!

Don't get me wrong. I have no problems with people coming here to make a better life for themselves as long as it is done properly.

I am 1st generation on my fathers side from Mexico born here and 4th generation on my mothers side. Both sides came here legally. But to just "grant" things like amnesty, welfare, drivers license, etc. to them ticks me off so much. It's a slap in the face to those who have paid for and waited patiently for visas, furloughs, green cards or citizenship.
