You can actually make as many as 8 words in one turn, BUT all the letters must be played in a single one of those words, It is called "Overlapping" and it is the key to getting big scores.

Here is and example which makes 7 words in play.

the word erudite is on the board.

you can play examine on top of it like this:

    ..

    ,, E X A M I N E

    E R U D I T E

ER, XU, AD, MI,IT, and NE are all words which appear in the Official Scrabblr Players Dictionary.

Making lots of smaller words in the same turn is illegal. You can only place one word per turn. Every tile that you place in one turn must be next to each other and in line, either all vertical or all horizontal. That is a universal rule for every turn.

If that happens to be next to other tiles that make other words too that is bonus.

Perhaps your question goes beyond playing all seven tiles. When you play less than seven tiles are you keeping them together?

Ok, So you can play with up to 6 players I think. (however many green racks there are) So each player or team gets the green stand/rack and you put all the letters in the green bag it comes with. Or any bag is ok. You mix them up and every one picks a letter. The highest (A) gets to go first and the lowest goes last. So that's just to see who goes first. Then you pick seven letters and put them on the green rack. Taking turns, each player tries to make a word on their rack without showing others their letters. The longer the word the better. You place it on the board starting in the middle (i think its a pink star). So you can either place it up,down or side to side. Not diagonal. If you placed a letter and under it it has a star or any other special thing then you get bonus points. Add up the score and then the next player goes. You HAVE to build off another word. So if someone said "Blue" you would have to make a word using a B,L,U or E. If I did "Bird" and I had the I,R and D then I build off the other player. So then you get points and add up the score again. I just found a site that shows how. K. good luck. It's really fun once you start playing!

If you use all 7 of your letters at once to make a single word, you get a 50 pt bonus. It has to be at least a 7 letter word. It might be 8, 9 or even more depending on what tiles you use that are already on the board, but it would have to be at least 7 letters long to make a "bingo," for the bonus points.

Single word. Think about it. Anyone can play 7 tiles placing them all over the board. One word. Or a Scrabble Board (which most times it does) Would be a mixed up jumble of two letter words like Ai, Qa, and Ax.

I have this problem in scrabble... I used all my 7 tiles to form a one word, but didn t get +50 points.. Sometimes i only get 53.. And 60+ points out of my 7letters used in a word... And i didn t get the point that i also overlapped with. I play WORDFEUD on my ipad. I felt deceived... 😣 i m expecting to get a +50 points. But never did.

you have to play all seven tiles in a single word for the bonus. It could be adding to an existing word to make a larger word.

You only lay down your letters in one line in scrabble, all 7 for the 50 point bonus.

It has to be one word. You can only make one word per turn in Scrabble.
