The first thought of the first humanoid capable of changing sensory processes into questions in the mind that had to be interpreted in order to make a decision.
All human thought since that time is based on an accumulation of shared knowledge.

Oddly, those who suffer from dementia or other forms if memory/brain function loss have a great deal of "original" thoughts. That's why it is sometimes so frightening to them.

Well that's like trying to remember the last original movie script/plot.....It's all sequels man...Damn boring if you ask me!
