Did I get a speeding ticket?
The other day I was driving down the road with traffic in the lane next to me, I was doing 42 in a 40.. And a car next to me was passing (maybe doing 48 in a 40) There was a traffic "speed van" with the camera in the back, it flashed twice.. Now I'm thinking it was flashing the person next to me due to him passing and doing a good 5-7 miles faster than I was...
My question is. Do they flash twice for one car? Or did both him and I get a ticket since it flashed twice?
If we both were going to get a ticket it would have flashed 4 times?
thank you! Noah C.

No.. the 2 flashes meant only 1 vehicle was caught by the camera... if this was more than 6 weeks ago, then I would say you are safe as it can take up to 6 weeks for them to send you a summons in the mail.
