Yes because regardless of the situation he has kids he helped bring into this world and he is responable to support those kids. Not only financially but by being there for them.

Im uncertain what the regulations are in different states. in spite of the shown fact that usualy in maximum situations as quickly as a pair gets divorced if the husband worked and further interior the income and his spouse did not artwork or she worked making much less funds then him and she or he didnt artwork the finished time they became married yet he did. Then the choose calls for him to pay her almony funds to assist her. Like clever that works the two techniques.

Well you did want the divorce, so no, he did not run out on you. YOu want support but he has to stay out of YOUR house ?

What was your plan ? To put him on child support and alimony ??!!! Would you have been so quick on divorcing if you would not have had hopes that the state makes his money yours ???????!!!!!

Enough with that divorce cr@p already, you want to act all pride because he cheated ? Fair enough, but do so on your own. If you want his money then provide steak and ******** to the cheater and one of that GET THE **** OUT OF MY HOUSE stuff.

And kevin what lessons will children learn from a dad that gets served in divorce court ?

Yes, I would. A man that doesn't take care of his kids, isn't worth having. Your asking for trouble getting involved with someone like this.

A man that runs out on his kids is not worth the air he breathes as far as I am concerned.

Who cares what other people think .

The real question here is :

What will you think about yourself ???

Can you be content and happy leaving your children behind ?

When they cry out for their father and need him to hold them

and he is not there and never going to be there ,

are you OK with that ?

What lessons will your sons learn from their father ?

To run away ? Not to love their children ? To be irresponsible ?

Running out on your kids makes you not worth my time...

seems harsh, but kids need their parents - both parents.

Uhhhh, yeah, I would definitely think less of him. He doesn't sound very trustworthy.
