waking up in the morning?
I'm currently a student I stay up late to get everything done but I'm having more and more trouble waking up in the morning and I need to know if anyone knows what I can do to help me wake up that would be good
please no answers telling me to get more sleep I know that would work but I don't have the time for that

Don't know if you are in high school or college
.
If the first one just start doing it earlier than you do now I know it is hard to want to get with the others for a little while but you know the days when the teach gives you more than is practical
.
If in college get use to it you are learning what it is like to have a job
.
And it will only get worse when you get out of college
.
So in either case of where you are it is only part of live in todays messed up teck world
.

I go to sleep pretty early and wake up extra early to get my work done. I found that there is less distractions in the morning to do work. Either that or set your alarm more than arms length away from you on a loud setting, so you have to get up to turn it off. The rest is all mental (ex. Don't go to sleep, okay I'm going to do what I want)

Make the coffee the night before with the timer on. The aroma will make you want to get up. Take a shower first, then drink your coffee.

i know it sounds stupid but set your phone for about 10 minutes before you usually get up then when u wake put it on snooze for 10 minutes
don't know why but this always works for me
