off my flip video camera and i want to put them into idvd to convert them onto a dvd for a video project and i am totally lost. HELPP!!!!

You can do this very easily with StashSpace.Com and their free video editing software.
I have a flip mino and use these guys for video sharing and burning DVDs. After you install the application you just import your videos and click 'buy dvd' Your video is uploaded to them, burned on DVD, and shipped back to you. It costs $15 and is guaranteed to work on your DVD player.

First you need a superdrive (dvd rw drive) You import your video into idvd. Add chapters if you want. And chose you home screen then burn it ti a r-w dvd.
