How long does it take to have them out.?
My son and his family managed my farm in B.C. They quit without telling me and sold cattle, machinery etc belonging to me. I live in Quebec and trusted them. I supplied them with everything and paid them $2000 per month for personal expenses. They are presently living on one of my properties that is in joint ownership between my son and myself. They have never paid rent and have a lot of my possessions on this property. Do I have any chance of getting them out.??

This needs an answer by an attorney familiar with Canadian law. Although your son should be horsewhipped for treating you in this manner, it will probably wind up in court.
