What is the best blogging site?

My brother uses Blogspot, I use Tumblr, his looks better so I'd say blogspot (blogger)

The reason for this answer is because blogging is all about exposure. Since you're starting a new blog, and I assume you want people to SEE it, it would be helpful to have a large community that browses blogs, hopefully getting you some exposure. Go where the audience is to begin with, then if/when you get a following, you can branch out and host your own blog, if you so desire!

For a more personal blog, I rather like Microsoft's Live Spaces Blog, because a lot of my friends use that service as well.

It depends. If you wanted to get your ideas out there, use Blogger. It's simple and free. Myspace is a bit more complicated, but if you did your fashion blogs and stuff, then searched for people you could add, it would make your work more well known. But Myspace is more complicated.

Really the actual purpose of your blog is the key factor.

I'd suggest Blogger first, then if you want to share you work with the world, change to Myspace!

Fashion blog huh? Well I think Blogger is definitely the best for u.. u can edit the template, like totally edit it if you can work with html.

There's also Livejournal.. which is more to like serious online diary.

You can always try facebook.com and start a group for your fashion and everytime you send something out or post something the people in the group will know. Also try livejournal.com you can also link that to sites like facebook. I would also suggest starting your own website and then promoting it.

I don't think the internet is a safe place for blogging especially if you are opening your page to everyone including those you don't know. If you want to write down your thoughts, I suggest using a journal.

LiveJournal - basic accounts are free. Plus accounts are free also, but you'll have to put up with advertising.

WordPress is great, too - their templates are very professional looking, much more so than LiveJournal.
