Do u think in INDIA customer care is good?the people who are working they are unskilled?

You get what you pay for and many companies outsourcing to India are starting to feel that pain.

In India you pay peanuts to have monkeys manning your call centers and you end up with monkey results. Serves them right for sending jobs overseas!

You mean telephone customer care? While the accent is hard to understand at times I have found them to knowledgeable and helpful when I have had the opportunity to use them.

Can't stand talking with them. I keep asking: what? , It takes twice as long than talking to an american!

Plus i hate American Company's who outsource!

I believe in, buy , support American.

I don't know. I haven't experienced customer care there.

Nobody knows if they are skilled or not because you can't understand a word they say!

Sure I trust third world poor countries where they have a leper colony, malaria, consume curry and worship cows.
