Perfect Way To Ask Someone To A Dance?

So my school has a valentines day dance we call Turn A Bout because the girls get to ask the guys out this time. And of course there is this guy who i really really like and i want to ask him out to the dance [which is in a month]

Were not going out but we like each other ALOT alot ha ha and things between us are getting very heavy.

He plays football and wrestles so hes a bit on the macho man side but he does have a sweet side to him.

And well, i guess my question is, how do i ask him to the dance? I want it to be really cute but not embarrassing or anything like that. Does that make sense?

Asking someone out to a dance is pretty big at our school. People have hacked into teachers power points and have created slides for the cetain someone or even post signs in the halls leading them to their date.

He never goes to his locker so anything involving that is out of the window.

So if you guys could help with or give any idea that would be perfect
