Republicans: Did Franken hand Coleman his @ss?
Coleman is reduced to doing exactly what he claimed Franken was doing by not fighting against the state mandated recount. Where's all Coleman's talk about dignity now?
"The election is being challenge"...this has about as much chance as the bogus Obama citizenship challenge cases the wingnuts filed.

Yes he did and then some. Face it. If you as the incumbent lose to Al Franken, you've got problems.

I find it funny that people think that the election count in MN is being challenged again. It can't be. It is being hand counted and those counts will stand as the official vote. The law required a handcount in the first place because it was such a close election. People claiming it was Franken's whining that caused the recount don't know anything about the law obviously. It's quite obvious that Coleman is the big baby and the Republicans hate Franken enough to whine, cry, spit and through tantrums to make sure he doesn't take office.
Franken demanded that 6000 absentee votes get counted that didn't get counted before, the courts agreed (even the Republican judges agreed). Those ballots gave Franken the 200+ vote lead.

Coleman, a Republican from a Democratic-leaning state, is termed as between the main corrupt individuals of Congress and yet, Franken ought to purely defeat him by capacity of a razor skinny margin. This shows that Franken replaced into no longer the final that the DFL had to grant and that they might have prevented this recount debacle altogether had they chosen somebody with broader attraction or perhaps an iota of somewhat political adventure. "...and merely because of the fact the DNC has accomplished any probability they have been given, they demanded a recount..." Er, an computerized instruction manual recount is needed decrease than Minnesota state regulation while the margin of victory on election day does no longer attain a undeniable threshold.

He did not!
The count has been very confusing & something is certainly fishy with all the numbers. I am not one of those who thinks only one party cheats, but this time, it looks like some of the Franken supporters cheated.
There is no comparison to the Birth Certificate wingnuts. The Franken/Coleman election case is very similar to the Bush/Gore election case.

More ballots than voters. Didn't this happen in precincts in Ohio in 2004, when Bush won!
