Absolutley!
If you are feeling REALLY crappy then have a light workout just to keep things going.
Stopping will not make you get better quicky and may set your progress back.

Work out if you're not too sick. Drink extra water. If you're stuffy, take some medicine about an hour before to allow your body to absorb the medicine before you crank up your metabolism.
But moderation may be the key. Go, but do half a work out. It's better than nothing, and you still get the benefit.
