sure , i think he can be a good NFL quarterback , though i think he should have stayed for his senior year

No I wouldn't want him. Look at the O line that USC has, and the skill position people. He really should have put up better numbers. I watched the OSU/USC game, and I think he was the least impressive of the 22 starters that USC had in that game. He isn't a sure fire top 15 pick, and I don't trust guys that come out early with that projection. It shows either a lack of discipline or decision making, or both.

I am not saying he is a bad player, because he isn't, I just don't think he will pan out in the NFL.

I don't think he'll be that good. He's prone to making mistakes and throwing interceptions, and in the NFL that is not good. There is a reason the offense was inconsistent this year and a big part of that was him. Sure when you are playing winless Washington or winless Washington State the offense is going to be clicking, but when you are playing Ray Lewis and Ed Reed, well....

I don't know if he can improve with more experience though. He might since he has only started for a year and a few games. Although I have a sneaking suspicion that he is overrated ala Matt Leinart, Reggie Bush, Mike Williams, Lendale White, Dwayne Jarrett, Fred Davis, etc, etc, etc

He also raped a girl on campus his freshman year and then he redshirted. It's things like that which throw up character red flags for GM's, and that's something you never want from your QB.

the rationalization Stafford is greater on the various human beings's boards is by technique of the arm capability and adventure he has over Sanchez. they are the two good and could the two have effective Nfl careers. i like Stafford simply by throws he had to make at Georgia, if Sanchez replaced into there i don't be attentive to if he might have made the throws. :)

    no i wldnt take him.

He had only one game this year where he actually had impressive stats and that was against penn st. Last season he only played 3 games but threw like 5 ints and had m4 of his td's against a weak notre dame team. Look at any other player that peoople from usc mike williams reggie bush, lendale white dwaye jarret, it goes on. All the players that come out of USC that people say are going to be good dnt do ne thing in the nfl. Keith Rivers was supposed to come and be a beast in the nfl. What happend to him? He gets his collar bone and his jaw broken by a hit from hines ward. Now hines ward can hit but when ur a middle lb wtf u dnt get hit like that from wr. Would u see Ray lewis get hit like that HELL NO. Urlacher HELL NO. Brooks HELL NO. USC players are overrated end of story

Yea he'll be good. He hasn't played for long at USC but he seems like a potential McNabb type player. He'll be great if he drops to the niners and they feel they need a QB.

I think he will be good in time. I mean who would of thought Matt Cassel was going to be any good with no career starts at USC.

He's good but he's not ready.I've talked to team-mate of his and they say he's not mentally ready for the NFL.But I'm happy that Matt Barkley will have a shot at starting.

I'd skip him. The fact that I'm a big college football fan and have never even heard of the quarterback of media darling USC (I had to look him up to find out who he is) makes me think he's not that great. He had some pretty good stats, but not that great from what I saw.

A McNabb type player? That settles it. He'll show flashes of greatness broken up by long stretches of mediocrity.

nope look at the other USC qbs in the NFL

Matt Leinart- arm is weak and couldnt beat out a 40 year old QB

Carson Palmer - had only one good year in NFL

John David Booty - almost didnt make the Vikings team

also look at any offensive player from there in past ten years

Reggie Bush - injury proned BUST

Lendale White - only reason he gets touchdowns is because he gets it on 1 yard line

Mike Williams - is he even playing anymore

when will people realize any offensive player from USC is from a system, just like Hawaii and Texas Tech QB's

NO because he for go his last year in college and he won't go in the first round! he lost to the O-state in the pac10 and Penn state stay with him up intill the end of the 3 and 4 qt! he is not going to be high on people draft boards!
